Shipping policy

We have Australia wide shipping with Australia Post.

We currently offer Regular Shipping and Express Post options via Australia Post. Shipping fees are a flat rate of $9.95 for Regular and $15.95 for Express.

We have free shipping on all orders over $149.00. Which will automatically be applied at checkout when your cart total is $149.00 or more.

We hand pour every candle and product to order, which can require up to 2-6 business days before the orders can be shipped.

When you order has been completed, Shopify will email you to let you know that your parcel has been shipped.

Depending on where you are located you should receive your order within 2-5 business days for Perth Metro, and 7-14 business days for Australian States outside of WA. 

Please be patient and aware that ant times there is extreme shipping delays, especially around holiday/seasonal periods.
