Sold in a set of 10, the replacement reed sticks help keep your diffuser working its magic. Available in white fibre (suited to Timeless Collection) or natural rattan (suited to Bloom Collection), simply replace the reeds when they’re looking a little sad, clogged, or not throwing scent like they used to.
Tip: For best results, swap them out every time you refill your diffuser — fresh reeds = a fresh scent experience.

TRIM THE WICK Always trim the wick to 5mm and remove any wick debris before each burn.
AVOID DRAUGHTS Candles burn best in still air. If you can’t avoid draughts (window/door ways), ensure you turn the candle to prevent uneven burning.
MAXIMUM BURN TIMES Never burn a candle for longer than 4hours at a time. If you burn longer than this period, the wick can become damaged and/or the candle jar can become too hot and crack.
PUTTING CANDLES OUT Use a candle snuffer to prevent wicks from drifting off centre and to avoid wax splash.
SETTING THE CANDLE MEMORY Ensure on the first burn, the candle burns for 3-4 hours or until the wax pool is extended to the outside rim. This will prevent the candle from forming a tunnel.
WARNINGS Please keep candles away from Children and Pets.
